Refund of travel expenses after the annual workshop

All workshop participants who are part of the network will get their travel expenses refunded after the workshop.

Employees at NTNU:

Employees at NTNU have to fill out the form in Pagaweb (as you always do when filling out travel and subsistence claim form (“reiseregning”).

Fill out Ksted: 633515 and projectnumber 10349001

NOTE: For those who are not employed at the IME-faculty: Change the number at "organisasjonsenhet" to 630110. You will then get the option "Var. lønn IME" in the pulldown menu "Til innkurv" after you change the status to "Registreringskontroll"

Remember to write the name of the hotel (Quality Hotel Klubben, Nedre Langgt 49, 3126 Tønsberg) in the field "Merknader".

Submit online to "var lønn IME" and send a paper copy of the finished form together with all original receipts taped on a4 paper to me. Boarding passes are also needed, unless you travel with Norwegian. If you travel with Norwegian you can print out the Receipt (Reisekvittering) from their website and submit that.

Others:

Those of you, who work at other institutions, have to fill out the (statens fellesblankett) “Travel and subsistence claim form” . If you prefer to fill out the form electronically, there is program that can be downloaded from the Ministry of Government Administration.
Send the finished form together with all original receipts taped on a4 paper to me. Boarding passes are also needed, unless you travel with Norwegian. If you travel with Norwegian you can print out the Receipt (Reisekvittering) from their website and submit that.

If you stayed at the hotel, remember to write the name of the hotel (Quality Hotel Klubben, Nedre Langgt 49, 3126 Tønsberg) in the field "Over night stay" at the end of the form.

Send it with by ordinary mail. (It is not enough to scan and send them electronically).
