Information on accommodation and travelling

The conference will be held at Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg. A room will be booked for you upon registration, and NanoNetwork will cover the expenses.

Late withdrawals (after 5 June) must be covered in part. The participant will be charged with the cost for one day, billed to his/her department.

The nearest airport to Bergen is Flesland.

The hotel has a shuttle bus that will make several runs at the busiest arrival time before the conference starts.

Apart from this, a taxi is the easiest mode of transport from the airport to the hotel. Please check to see if you can share the taxi with other conference participants.

For participants from Bergen, Bybanen will be the easiest mode of transport. A new stop close to the hotel will open in March/April.
