Abstract submission for the workshop in 2012 is open.

PhD candidates and Post.docs in the Norwegian PhD Network on Nanotechnology for Microsystems are all encouraged to submit abstract to the 3rd annual workshop. This year’s workshop will be held in Trondheim, at Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel.

Topics covered by the workshop are:

• Materials, nanocharacterization and –structuring
• Optical micro- and nanosystems
• Nanoelectronics
• ASICs for MEMS
• Integration and packaging
• BioMEMS, Lab-on-a-chip, Microfluidics

Upload the abstract as a word-file (or word compatible file), maximum 1 page, including headline, list of authors, figures, and references. All the abstracts will be printed in an abstract booklet which will be given to all participants at the workshop.
